However, you have a choice when you are choosing your Xylitol or shopping for Xylitol products. Over 90% of the Xylitol used in the United States comes from corn. Furthermore, much of that is imported from China.

We only use the finest North American Birch Xylitol. Whether it’s in the products that we make, or just the bulk sweetener itself, we use the best Xylitol available. Don’t take our word for it, either look on the label of the products you currently buy, or ask the company you are dealing with if they used corn based Xylitol or North American hardwood derived Xylitol.

More and more consumers are looking for GMO free products, so corn based Xylitol is typically not an option.
